1. त्रिकोणमितीय अनुपात ( Trigonometric ratio) :-
- sinθ = लम्ब / कर्ण = L / K ⇑
2. cosθ = आधार / कर्ण = A/ K
3. tanθ = लम्ब / आधार = L / A
4. cosecθ = कर्ण / लम्ब = K / L
5. secθ = कर्ण / आधार = K / A
6. cotθ = आधार / लम्ब = A /
2. पारस्परिक संबंध (reciprocal relationship) :-
1. sinθ = 1/cosecθ 2. cosecθ = 1/sinθ
3. cosθ = 1/secθ 4. secθ = 1/cosθ
5. tanθ = 1/cotθ 6. cotθ = 1/ tanθ
7. tanθ = sinθ / cosθ 8. cotθ = cosθ/sinθ
3.महत्वपूर्ण सूत्र ( Important Formula ):-
(1) sin2θ + cos2 θ = 1
or sin2θ = 1-cos2 θ
or cos2 θ = 1-sin2θ
(2) sec2 θ = 1+ tan2θ
or tan2θ = sec2 θ - 1
or sec2 θ - tan2θ = 1
(3) cosec2 θ = 1+ cot2 θ
or cot2 θ = cosec2 θ - 1
or cosec2 θ - cot2 θ= 1

6. cos ( A- B) = cos A cos B + sin A sin B
7. tan ( A- B) = tan A-tan B / 1+ tan A tan B
